1.   7. Education and Training: To offer education and training programs that equip individuals with the necessary skills and knowledge for sustainable livelihoods, including literacy, functional adult literacy, vocational training, and entrepreneurship education.
  8. Market Linkages: To link producers with markets, helping them access broader customer bases and secure fair prices for their products and services. Facilitate access to markets and promote value-added agricultural activities to improve income for farmers and enhance their resilience.
  9. Social Inclusion: To ensure that marginalized groups, such as ethnic minorities, disabled individuals (persons with disabilities; PWDs), and refugees, have equal access to livelihood opportunities and benefits.
  10. Environmental Sustainability: To incorporate environmentally responsible practices into livelihood activities (green businesses practices) and advocate for the conservation of natural resources.
